This was the third in the “Global Gender and Climate Alliance (GGCA) Webinar Series” on issues that affect gender and climate change.
Following the historic climate agreement reached in Paris this past December, GGCA members have the opportunity to shape the agreement's implementation and address the shortcomings of the agreement by putting gender equality and human rights at the center of climate action. For our first webinar of 2016, expert panelists discussed how to make the implementation of the Paris Agreement gender-responsive, including what types of solutions and behavior changes are necessary for a just transition.
